LOSING WEIGHT 👏 Last year I decided to indulge food to feel better from depression shit (it was worth it, tbh), gained at least 20 pounds, and saw fit to start losing it when stretch marks painfully ripped my damn skin. Man, that was a new sensation. Pain IN the skin rather that across the surface or coming from underneath it... Was already exercising but am doing more, eating less, not bothering with unhealthy foods 99% of the time. The not/eating part is easy (though sometimes I want to eat when things are too sad), its the agitating expectation and disappointment when the weight doesnt drop instantly. I know it doesnt, so why does my brain want to think it should? 9_9 Regardless, been at it a few months and I've gone down 2 belt hole lengths I dont think I'll ever be 120 lbs again but however close i can get without being unhealthy is fine with me! ❤ Sent from my SM-S727VL using Tapatalk

Don't you know anything? You don't chase Canadians, you lure them with jelly donuts, back bacon, beer, (eh), and poutine or whatever that stuff is called. Then, act offended by something they did, and when they start profusely apologizing, club them over the head. Works every time.

If i recall, Stephen loathes poutine... i must double check my stalker notes, but pretty sure i do remember taking "poutine" off the "bait" list... 🤔 Sent from my SM-S727VL using Tapatalk

Went to a car show today and discovered an important fact; after having sat in about $10 million worth of cars...including Aston Martin's whole line-up, Range Rovers, and many others---I like the normal cars better. Couldn't even get into the Jaguar F-Type without hitting my head. More seriously, it evidently is intended for Tom Cruise or shorter people, as I kept pushing my head through the sunroof---otherwise I had to bend my head forward just to sit in the driver's seat. The Astons were fun to sit in, but not noticeably better than say the most comfortable vehicle I tried, a Dodge Ram in Laramie trim. Yes, that's right, the Aston was not that nice. Hated the Mustang, also couldn't fit easily in it. Camaro was better, but has terrible vision out the windscreens. The Dodge Challenger was the best sedan I sat in, very comfortable, felt like a muscle car. Better than the BMW M5 by the way. Some nice Kias and Hyundais. The Toyotas all had their shift and other knobs off for reasons I suspect have to do with the absolutely shitty quality of their interiors...which all felt like they'd break if you look at hard. Had a three wheeler I saw tested on NHK. Great respect for the Jeep Rubicon and Gladiator, both set up for very serious off roading for a good price, just over 50 grand. The airshow was nice too...Red Arrows, Blue Angels, and...whatever the Canadians were called. All great precision flying teams.
