So I am rewatching Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and I am reminded again why so many vets I talk to seem to prefer this series over the others. It just somehow captures the camaraderie of service better than the others.

It just somehow captures the camaraderie of service better than the others. I'm not a vet, but it is my favorite series. Most Treks have 2-3 characters I find compelling. In DS9, almost all of the main cast is great and even the side characters are great.

Im rewatching TNG.First season was weak... Yeah, it took 'em a while to find their bearings. I put "Q Who" as their best episode and their biggest turning point, (the introduction of the Borg).
