So, do i have a broken finger? Its at an odd angle. hurts, and doesmt want to move, seems swollen, should go to urgent care walk in? i can straighten it, but that hurts evn more. Just did it.

I broke my toe Sunday right before Wrestlemania started. It was super swollen and half my foot was bruised black, blue, and purple by the end of the night lol

Yeah go get it looked at. You can tell us the truth about what you were doing when it happened, we can help you with a cover story… no, it wasn't that, but yeah, it was good I got it looked at. good news is it isn't broken most likely. bad news is its worse, something called a swan-neck tendon tear. urgent care doc doesn't know for sure, but thinks the tendon is completely torn, just from one look, and fact that I can't move it at all, and bending in a way my other fingers cant. pardon typing btw, its throwing off my whole hand. might need surgery, he referred me to hand specialist. if not, hand permanently deformed. so, ill call tomorrow. |

damn, if it is a tendon thing, its going to really cost me more than i can afford. surgery is the only treatment if its completely torn.

I need to type for my job...going to slow me right down...and on my right hand. bonus is with it in a splint until i can see a specialist next week, im giving eveyone the finger whether i want to or not.
