When Spectacular Spider-Man's second season was only available in separately-sold discs, I went ahead, bought a multi-disc DVD case, and made a custom cover for it.

The art itself is from a guy by Phil Moy. I just colored Catwoman and Poison Ivy into actual flesh tones instead of paper-white skin.

One could draw the conclusion that Ivy changed, and so it'd make a kind of sense, but the only explanation for Catwoman was that she was putting on facepaint everytime she went out for...some reason?
Though in the New Batman Adventures comic (based on this portion of TAS), it was explained that the pale Ivy was actually a clone cooked up by Pam to keep Harley company while the real (flesh-toned) deal worked in secret.
