Loved last nights SDL, I hope the Fast Lane title shot for Kofi leads to a match at WM35 for the title or defending the title!

Roman Reigns is making his return to Monday Night RAW next week to give an update on the statue of his cancer recovery. He will also be making an appearance on Good Morning America Tuesday morning, so this good or bad must be a really big announcement that he will be making.

Thoughts on the release of Tye Dillenger, Hideo Itami, and TJP? I'm not surprised with Dillinger. I'm happy about KENTA and am hoping he goes back to NOAH. I'm indifferent about TJP.

Yesterday and Thursday I watched a couple of New Japan shows; Takashi Iizuka's retirement show and Day 1 of New Japan and ROH's Honor in Japan two day tour.
Iizuka's retirement was one of the strangest of these I've ever seen. It was fun though. Watching Honor in Japan Day 1 really highlighted just where ROH would have been without all of the recent signing. Those signing are so new that ROH couldn't get any of them work visas to fly over for the show. ROH and New japan have been doing this two day event since 2013 and this was probably the weakest of all of those shows. There was stuff to enjoy in the end and I'm glad I watched it.

Thoughts on the release of Tye Dillenger, Hideo Itami, and TJP? I honestly don't care at all about Dillenger, in my opinion he is vastly overrated. He had a cool little catch phrase that the crowd loved chanting but other than that he was basically a solid hand in the ring with the personality of a wet paperbag. If he has been in any other era of wrestling he would have been nothing more than a straight up jobber. Now if Cody wants to bring his friend into AEW, which frankly I am starting to worry about him doing to much of, then he should be used as pure enhancement talent there but Dillenger isn't anything else. I agree with Stephen Day I am glad to see Kenta got released as he was wasted his entire time in WWE. Yes the injury bug hurt his career there big time but he needs to go back to Japan, hopefully to NJPW and find himself again. TJP is a decent guy, his heel work was much better than I expected it too be. He can go pretty well in the ring but he wasn't being used at all in WWE. He's one of those guys that I forget is even on the roster until someone mentions him. I think he could do well in NJPW, ROH, or see what happens with AEW. I think his best move would be to go to NJPW and try to do what Juice Robinson did over there.

If tonight's 70th birthday party doesn't include ric reminding Charlie what she needs to do to be the man I give up.
