I dunno...I don't like it, but I can easily name 5 ideas much, much worse and infinitely less redeemable. And I always had the impression, after she was fired, that Steph's time as Robin was always going to be short-lived. |

Well, usually when one is fired, you normally don't expect them to hold that job much longer. As a general rule.

Also, I liked Steph as Robin, but then I've always been a big Steph fan in any role ever since her first appearance. She's just a fun character.

I guess I could've phrased that better...
What I meant was that, after she was fired, seeing how short her time in the role was, it appeared to me that perhaps it was INTENDED to be short-lived, rather than something mandated by an editor for mysterious-but-probably-stupid reasons at the last second.
