I know the titles says not comic, but... Got around to reading Grant Morrison's Multiversity from DC. Now, I've read a lot of Morrison's stuff, so I know what I'm talking about when I say this might be the most self-important, head up his own ass, weird-for-weirdness's sake gods-awful twaddle he's ever put out.  That's none of your concern, that's between Lynda and me. |

I feel like 'Fight Club' is a bit of a response to this book with the way Patrick Bateman is so obsessed with his appearance and name drops all these things.

Better than Final Crisis. Let's agree that you're wrong. But not by much. There are at least parts of Multiversity that are enjoyable. The Marvel Family book is tremendous. And Morrison’s Watchmen (lol) is IMO more enjoyable than the actual Watchmen. There is nothing remotely readable about FC. |
