Just a reminder, today is Perseverance day, when the most sophisticated rover ever go to another planet hopefully makes it down safely. It's a gamble, as it's supposed to be the first hard landing NASA have ever tried. This is the one with the choppa, which of course we all must get to, and the one that's going to search for life in an ancient lakebed. The landing is supposed to be televised live, (well, with the transmission delay, nearly live.
There's a bunch of proof of concept tech on board, like a bit that turns Mars CO2 into O2...as a test of equipment that future astronauts and colonists would need.
And when they launch that choppa, they need Arnold there to push the button and say his line. Otherwise I will be disappointed.
Keep your fingers crossed, this one could add a lot of knowledge for us if it works.
