I'll be mostly sketching for basic practice. Rather than drawing Slade or Tim "real well", I wanna be able to draw them in my fucking SLEEP and as long as I have my humbly moderate amount of talent while being such a big fan of theirs, I find it personally shameful that Im not better than I am now.
Im also searching for a good Harper Row fancast face to use as a reference for a "true personal look" when I draw her. Since she hasnt been done by very many artists she hasnt had the luck of Tim Drake, dropping in Marcus To's lap at that point in his artist's career (these days he makes adult Tim have the face of a toddler ^^;...) to give her such a look.
I'd like to find some good irl faces for Avery and Miles Morales, but Im trying to not spread myself too thin >>
Anyway, also wanting Hirano's old style to be second nature cuz I love Hellsing. So there'll be that here a lot.
Same with Final Fantasy VII... for some reason Im big on that rn, going to be trying to do some anime-genred Nomura art.
These practice sketches will be... trying to not go back and correct stuff >///> like they say in typing courses: dont correct typos, it slows you down, just keep going and eventually the flaws will iron out later (this is true btw- it, in a way, "hurts" to stop the flow of focus to make corrections). So lots of misproportioned scribbles incoming lol
