A thread for all things beer. And to kick the thread off... What the Fuck!? They're killing my baby! My sweet brown baby! My life, my love! Say it ain't so! My favourite beer above them all - and they're going to do 2 horrible things... Move it to Chicago and change the fucking recipe!

By the way, I don't drink, but I felt it was my patriotic duty as a Canadian to post that in a thread about beer.

Molson used to be my goto when I lived in Detroit. I've seen many a Molson: Canadian, Brador, Exel, Dry, Bohemian, Dry, Stock XXX, Export, Golden, Black Ice, etc.
And brown bottle Canadian beer will always be better than the green bottle stuff they peddle stateside.

4 cases of Newcastle are now overflowing in my refrigerators.
Ah, sweet sweet nectar - how very much I will miss you.

Spaten lager, and Grolsch (or however it's spelled), are my favorites, a German lager and a Belgian one, but I also like most Mexican beers like Corona, and some others. Not too fond of American beers. Miller, Bud, Coors...all donkey piss IMO. Craft brews are a different thing entirely, and I like a number of them, especially Crescent City Brewhouse stuff, but I've only ever been able to find that at the brewpub where it's made in New Orleans. Hell, there are a lot of local brewpubs stuff I like, mostly lagers and IPAs, but Guinness Stout has my heart too, especially if you drink it at the brewery in Dublin, (which is huge and has a fun tour with free samples). Actually, that's part of the fun of beer for me, the total experience. I never really just drink a beer to drink a beer, if you get what I mean, I always do so as part of an overall event, whether it be a baseball game, the 4th, a visit to a brewpub, whatever. That said, I don't drink much beer, (or any booze for that matter), so I want it to be very good when I do.

Currently drinking three bottles of Delerium. It’s fucking amazing.

Happy National Beer Day! Also, last night was New Beer's Eve... So, lift a cold one to toast the greatest beverage in human history.
