So, it seems that Emily Bett Rickards is leaving Arrow, so no more Felicity. Don't know when exactly, or how she's leaving, but it appears she won't make the final season. The when is apparently at the end of this season.

That letter from Lex didn't look hand-written at all. It very much looks printed in a font meant to make it look hand-written, but it obviously isn't.
Martian Man-Father looks good for a dead man. I'm gonna say...psychic projection? Still alive as part of the Earth? Hallucination during meditation so J'onn can work out his issues? ...ahh, hallucination, I guess. Hallucination-Man-Father is funny. I like him.
Lena visits Mama Luthor. I've never seen Silence of the Lambs, but I recognize a Hannibal Lecter routine when I see it. Also, her chat with Alex, "I know Eve." Do you, Lena? Do you REALLY know the woman that fooled you?
Lex had James shot...but he seems to think it was Manchester. Did Lex hire Manchester, or did no one tell Jimmy-boy it wasn't J'onn's gut-reaction?
Supergirl confronted with all the good Lena's done with the Haranel...and admits she's wrong. But doesn't hesitate to go into a spiel about how tough it is for her.
Hey, Vision-Pappy was a means for J'onn to "know himself" as a Manhunter. These two still work great together, even if the result was a bit predictable. Guess he's headed to Mars to bury the Sacred Symbols...so either that'll be the next episode or the actor's gonna skip a couple more eps.
Investigating, investigating...SPONTANEOUS METALLO! Don't worry, Kara will be protected by her non-lead-lined cape until they explode a science vial in his face.
Wow. That "reveal" of Eve in DC was about as subtle as a runaway semi. Everyone casually watching is going to back up their DVRs and see something funky is going on. I wonder if conspiracy theorists in Supergirl's universe are just as stupid as the ones in the real world? Either way, they'll have a field day with this. Also, y'know...D.C. security.
Hey a doppelganger just terrorized the nation's capital! Don't, y'know...FLY AFTER HER OR ANYTHING!
Now...is there a reason for Kara to still keep Alex in the dark? I mean, sure, you have the whole "Alex learning to trust Supergirl without a familial connection" thing, but unless that whole psychic test is a weekly thing, I don't see why they couldn't just flip Alex' brain switch back to "I know who Supergirl is."

Let me point out that no patient just walks out of a hospital like that. There's discharge papers, removing IVs, and...you use a wheelchair. Regardless of whether you need one or not.

Just a reminder, Arrow is not on tonight, with a new Legends is on in its place.

So, Legends was surprisingly not as funny as it usually is. I think the new lady in the cast is part of the problem. They already had a character much like that with Gary, and even he was way too annoying for me. But the focus on her this week meant less focus on the funnier others, and the plot this week just didn't allow for the usual funny. Bright spot was whoever played the luchador hero. And Matt Ryan as usual. No one else really got to shine in their usual way, save only Rory, who somehow always seems to find a way, no matter how small his part.
Still the best of the Arrowverse shows.

Sorry to say a puppet Bebo-verse would have been a lot funnier than what they actually gave us.

Legends works best of all the shows b/c it's the best mix...at its best it has a lot of the same drama and stakes as the other shows but also adds in the comedic bits to spice it up. Here, in this ep...that was Mick (as always, b/c Mick's the fucking best) and John, Nate's mom ("good child-bearing hips" ) and Zari's reactions to her, and smaller doses from Ray and whatever not-Amaya's name is. I thought it was fine.

But they were trying to be funny with Gary and mini Gary, but damn, Gary's thing got old about five minutes after they introduced him, now, he's just terrible, and mini Gary is worse.

Legends was better than last week, due to a recurring cockroach joke and more Matt Ryan, and Nixon, but it still wasn't up to the usual standard. The real problem with the past two episodes IMO is that they seemed to be be aiming at certain goals, but missed. They weren't terrible TV in the way SG often is, but rather boring, trying to hit various marks and missing. Not too funny, not too dramatic, just there. Mona IMO so far at least is NOT a good addition to the cast. I do like Nora Darhk, who played what seems to be an important part for the next few episodes with the Neron story.

Caught the Flash and like I thought, Nora didn't get much out of Iris after finding the inhibitor tech. Not surprising, as "character makes headstrong decision when waiting 10 seconds to context could've avoided all the drama."
Also, much like her father, Nora fails to stop the villain from regaining his super-speed when it would've not taken her the blink of an eye to grab that syringe. And how did I just KNOW that one other guy in the Flash museum was gonna be Godspeed? It's happened with other crime shows, too, like Bones and Monk (one Christmas episode in particular).

so, I don't know is sabrina (chilling) counts as DC tv, since its technically archie, but season 2 has hit, and it fills in some gaps in season one, but it also does so by loosely copying stuff done on other shows. its not worse than those shows, and in some cases it handles those things better, but it is different. I understand it's got a 4 season deal so far. I kind of wish they'd done something a bit closer to this with the cw's wokegirl. Not the horror aspect, that's not SG, but rather making her younger, (PG was supposed to be the slightly older version), with her friends mostly in the dark about her powers, (until near the end of season one), and with better interpersonal dynamics between the cast, and none that woke propaganda the CW show insists on shoving on us. Weird, since the shows are both done by the same people.
