Brainiac 5, super-smart dude, says there's a 50/50 chance deleting the mutant registry--I mean, the alien registry will be a bad thing. What a poorly manufactured crisis for him to need Nia.
Lena and Supergirl investigate Lex' cell. Then Otis releases to fight her, because EVERYONE is stupid enough to think that a super-powered alien they think is a terrorist will fall to a swarm of angry crooks. They're even dumber than the gun-toting dude that kept shooting at her. And the guy she saved that asked what her deal was, but never stayed for an explanation.
Secret entrance behind the carving. *sigh* Okay.
Otis is a Metallo now? And Kara had that protective shield thing handy? Did I miss something? And where was she keeping her Danver's clothes for that fake-out? It's hard to tell what I'm missing because I tune out without realizing, or they just forget to explain crap they throw out there. Otis go boom. If he's finally gone-gone, then I'm okay with this. Oh, wait they "put him back together". What...what the hell? At least put stitches on him or something.
The worst of it...the worst of it is, I'm beginning to worry that James won't be turning into Turtle Boy at all.

if u reduce it all down to its basics, this was a heavy propaganda episode, all about how wonderful the deep state is, (represented by SG, Alex, Col whoever, Lena, and most of the others, sans the "villians". SG et al basically commit numerous crimes, pointed out to them by a character actor, who doesn't even know most of the stuff they've pulled, Alex would have gotten fired in any sane organization for lying to her boss like that, and likely prosecuted. As would the colonel, later when she disobeyed direct orders. And mind you, these weren't Mai Lai orders, but lawful orders to assist in the capture of a fugitive. Whether or not they believe her is irrelevant, they work for the US government, and swore oaths to it. At this point, the President from Bab Five and Agent Liberty are the only ones acting within the law.
guess cryer's too expensive to use for more than a few episodes. Must be why they never tried to get harrison ford for a cameo. But whatever, introducing politics into a show that's not about that is rarely a good idea. Regardless of what those politics are.

at least we didn't have the martian useless hunter, mainly because brainy was filling that role. And agent liberty would have fired both alex and the colonel instantly.

The best of the three midseason Legends so far. The IKEA thing was funny. Less Mona, a good thing.
Arrow. Well, what can I say, it's on it's way out, and doing about as well as you can expect. Waste of Adrian Paul, but then his head wasn't chopped off, so he might be back...
Then again, in the end, there can be only one. Will the Arrow crew start learning about how to keep their computer stuff secure? Maybe right after Welling puts on the supersuit...
Or when there's a good episode of SG.
Or when the streets of San Francisco have more cops than piles of poop and needles.

IS next season, which I think is abbreviated, maybe 10 eps. Could be wrong on that though.

I would still expect them to come up with a reason for 13+ filler eps on a final season 10 eps gets them right to the standard Christmas break. They'll finish with the COIE crossover, then probably an epilogue/sendoff ep, then not come back after the break.

Not even 3 full minutes into this week's Flash and wow. Even by Iris's usual unbelievably low standards, this just takes the fucking cake. She is undeniably the fucking worst, not just on this show but possibly in the history of TV. Nay...the history of fiction. She is dragging down the show, she's dragging down Barry, and it's now at the point where I don't know if any of it is redeemable. The showrunners have completely lost the plot as to how to make the Flash actually about the Flash.
Ugh, and now they're bringing in Johns's dumbass "negative Speed Force" nonsense. Fuck this.
