I've been loving the way BSG2003 fans are getting upset at the prospect, and then being slapped down by younger, reboot champions, saying that their series is in the past and they should get over it. It makes this OrigBSG and G1980 fan happy in a schadenfreude laden kinda way. I know they'll never make my kind of TV again (episodic high adventure shows), but I can't wait to see how they mangle and rip apart and "recontextualise" the 2003 series just like they did to the one I liked.
