I'm sad. America's Team, (not those silly Cowboys, obviously EVERYONE loves the Patriots...well, I'm sorry to say that while they may be going to the Superbowl, that sort of depends on them knowing someone from a team that IS going to the big game to comp them some tickets. And it looks like Brady won't be adding to that ring total. Sad, I know you're all crying about this, and as DEVASTATED as I am.

You knew THAT was coming. Given the loyalty Jones showed Garrett in the past, I personally wondered if it was coming.

It is (potentially) a wise move...just not a given one, I thought, given Jones' past actions with regard to Garrett.

The Lions would have been fined for not interviewing enough diversity candidates if they made such a quick hire.

Hey, when you have a chance to go get a mediocre coach who essentially wasted Aaron Rodgers in his prime and had no offers this past year after getting fired, you have to pounce on that immediately.

Evidently, and this comes as a shock to me, as I'm sure it does to you----the Red Sox apparently....stole signs during their 2018 World Series season in the video replay room somehow. Shocked, I say!

UFC Fight of the Year from 2012. Ridiculously good! Very nice fight, and the announcers are right for my money, usually, though not always, the lighter weight classes give more entertaining fights, and this was one. It wasn't an exhibition of very great skill mind, this was more of a slugfest, with guys who have concrete jaws hitting each other a great deal. But...no boxing skill, little capitalization of Muay Thai...hardly anyone in these things really uses that to the fullest advantage with all the proper elbows as well as knees, and the leg kicks were a bit half hearted, and the ground game was almost non existent, and the clinch was barely a factor. But this was a Rocky-esque fight. I would have gone with the Korean Zombie for the win, but whatever. There's this thing I watch on a local channel, called the California Fight League, which has guys who aren't as good as most of the UFC guys, but it's pretty fun. Plus, they vary their content; boxing matches, muay thai matches, and straight out MMA, even...pro wrestling weirdly, with Rikishi of WWE fame on color for the latter.

That was the Zombie's first UFC fight. He has gotten much, much better.
