As you know, he's been battling a brave but losing fight with dementia, a horrific affliction that deserves very much to have claimed it's last victim with him, but of course has not. The BBC here has a nice article about it.But the upshot is another of the funniest men who ever lived is now not living, and instead pining for the fjords, a thing of which I have no understanding of WHY that was funny, only the absolute certainty it IS. RIP to Terry, and here's hoping that in the next life, you ARE expecting them...
