Rumor now is if 5G fails AT&T is closing down DC Comics. Fails in what way? I don't know as AT&T has fully defined that...and that is troubling in its own way.

How is this going to affect his Metal Men series? That's what I want to know because I've been enjoying it (a lot!).

They don't need comics to make money from the IPs, but they do need them to maintain their rights to many of said characters. Comics, whether print or digital, are a cheap way to publish lesser but still valuable characters and keep them in copyright. Well, they'd have copyright rights to all the DC characters for about 70 years or so, so I think they like their odds.
Seriously, comic book people really cannot see how fringe they truly are right now.
Wasn't there something about needing to keep a Wonder Woman title in print to maintain rights?

It sometimes seems like none of the current generation of creators really has an understanding of what made their industry successful in the first place.
