We all have characters that we wish had been used more. For me one of the ones in this category that stands out is Omerta. As far as I know he only ever appeared in this one issue of Alpha Flight.
Omerta is an Italian Catholic priest who has taken a vow of silence and who has also been trained in martial arts. He is the official super hero of Vatican City. This all put together has struck me over the years as a character that has a lot of potential to be either the focus of or a part of some interesting stories. I still wish some writer had picked up that ball and run with it.  |

Of course when you ask this, nothing really comes up. Of course I'd like to see more of my favorites, but I'm guessing you probably mean more obscure ones (even though I tend to like not that popular characters).
I always wish they'd use more of the international characters in Marvel comics. Stuff like the Triumph Division, The Dynasty, etc.
