Cole vs Ross, 4-0 Astros in the 6th. Baby Shark batting.

Looks like the Nats are going back to Houston down by one.

Looks like the Nats are going back to Houston down by one. True. But that said, maybe they want that, as every away team has won so far in the series; nobody's won at home. When they scratched Scherzer for the start, it was immediately advantage Astros for the game. But Strasbourg is starting for the Nats on Tuesday, against likely Verlander, so it should be a good game regardless. But the Nats certainly have their backs against the wall.

I do not think there has ever been a World Series champ who never won a home game in the series.

Well, you're not going to get Cole upset; he resisted the lure of boobies during the game, when a couple of Instagram models flashed him during the 7th. Had no effect on him.

Game 6 is off and running. 2-1 Astros early. Yeah, both Strasbourg and Verlander look sharp, each to his lights. Might be a squeaker.

You talking about the interference call on the Nats lead-off hitter when he ran to first? 'Cause that one probably wasn't the ump's fault; it looked a legit possible violation. It's a judgement call deal, not subject to review. I hate the replay, and IMO blown calls, and I'm not sure this was one, but blown calls are part and parcel of the game, and they tend over the long haul to even out. But again, it wasn't clear...to anyone really; it was one of those eye of the beholder thing. I genuinely don't care who wins, as I like both teams, but I thought this one was a borderline case that I might have called either way. Bottom line is I got my wish, which was for seven games.

The thing of it is the rule actually says the runner has three feet of grace on either side of the base path. That call was not even technically correct.

Game 7, the final game of the 2019 World Series is underway. Nats or Astros? This is the game that decides. Max Scherzer for the Nationals, up against Zack Grenke for the Astros. Scherzer is battling trapezeus spasms so bad that two days ago when he was supposed to pitch, he couldn't even dress himself. They say he's better. We'll see.
Cole is available for the Astros.
