Primos Vol. 1



On the ideas side, half of what’s here is compelling: half of it…..could’ve been better. Dialogue and narration should’ve been given a second read through. Made the action clumsier than necessary. Interior art was alright. Passable material, but there’s better out there.

Bone Orchard Mythos: The Passageway


Enjoyable, yet brief read. Fantastic art by Sorrentino and company. Lemire provides enough to draw interest into the larger mythos, but the tale could’ve used more meat on the bone.

Duo

The writing on this held my interest. Interesting ideas that didn’t blow my mind, but still kept me engaged. The main weak point of the collection is the art. Just felt too awkward in spots in regards to the characters. Layouts were not extraordinary, but did a good job of keep things flowing visually.
