May be a while before I can see this due to car trouble, but the reviews so far are mixed to bad. The monster action gets praise, but the movie evidently falls down as Godzilla movies are wont to with the humans and their stories, which aren't to the taste of most reviewers I've seen so far.
Well, I'll find out I suppose, but then I never see a Godzilla movie for the humans. One day someone will make the perfect Godzilla movie with few or no humans in it, just monsters fighting and stepping on cities, with no Kick-Ass and no Scarlet Witch, no Stranger Things and no GoT in sight.

Seeing it again today made me see more Easter Eggs. The damn movie is a buffet of fun for 2014, IDW, Showa, and Heisei fans.

Godzilla will probably break open to find the treats inside, which as we know from 's movie will be 1970s soldiers. |
