Pretty much the same, still sick, still depressed, but I'm trying to find a bright side. Which in this case is I'm feeling a tiny bit better. Some improvement is better than no improvement. Praying for you, brotherman. God bless. Thanks. Today's the day I get cut on, evidently into the bone, so that's going to be wonderful. At high noon, appropriately enough. Had something similar before, and was shaking uncontrollably for hours after. They wouldn't even let me off the gurney till I stopped. Hopefully, this one goes better, though from what he told me...might be worse. |

Just on the merits of the case as they are currently known, I would think the plaintiff would win this case. Unlike a lot of these cases, the plaintiff had no notoriety or public prominence prior to the media and some with public prominence bringing him into the public sphere. As such, there is an argument to be made their statements, which were false, damaged this boy's reputation. Did they damage it to the tune of $250 million (meaning he has been so damaged he will likely be unable to earn as he would have been had they not done this)? Hard to say. The boy is pretty young. If this follows him for his entire life, $250 million might not be that far off. By the way...how are you doing? Well, in places like Pasadena, of Rose Parade fame. And on Malibu beach. And me without a cold weather jacket. Snowed in Vegas too. |

Bloody hell, even if I was in any condition to go skiing, there's no way to get to the local ski resorts, the roads are all closed---with the best snow in years! Speaking of bloody, seems I ruined the clothes I wore yesterday plus my bedding by bleeding all over them. Never did figure out how to get blood out, I always leave a visible stain. They didn't warn me about that. |
