1) I'm working my way through the whole Transmetropolitan series. I'm on volume six at the moment.
2) On a little side note. Have you guys heard of this digital service called Hoopla? It's done through public libraries and they have a bunch of graphic novels on it all for free.

Teen Titans Vol. 1: Full Throttle Not gonna lie - there are some issues with the writing. The general "time for real justice" angle, and parts of the dialogue make for some dull reading. However, I do like Roundhouse, and the art from Bernard Chang is enough to keep me somewhat engaged.

Amazing Spider-Man Vol. 1: Back to Basics - I was hesitant to give this book a chance. On one hand, after Secret Empire, Mick Sprangler has used up any and all of the good faith that he built with Superior Foes of Spider-Man and the Astonishing Ant-Man. On the other hand, I wasn't about to miss Ryan Ottley's first major project since the ending of Invincible. Luckily, this is definitely more SFoSM and less Nazi Cap that brought a fun, clever twist to the old "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility" line. I definitely want to continue to see where this goes.

This makes me want to see the Mask crossover with Marvel.

Captain America Vol. 2: Promised Land - The second (and sadly last) volume of Mark Waid's most recent run on the Sentinel of Liberty tells the story of a distant, DISTANT future in which Steve Roger's legacy has spread across the entire globe and out into the stars. The Kree have made a deal with Earth and advanced our society using a combination of their technology and the Super Soldier serum. Steve's great, great, great grandson, Jack is charged with protecting history but his own son, is frail and has fallen ill. In attempting to help his son, Jack begins to unravel a secret history of the Earth that could tear his idyllic future apart at it's very foundation. Captain America himself is seen only in flashback sequences, which makes this a unique addition to the Captain America mythos. In any case, this was a really intriguing foray outside of the traditional on-going storytelling trope and I wouldn't mind reading more about the exploits of Jack Rogers down the road. I just wish that Chris Samnee would have returned for this chapter.

The Unstoppable Wasp: Unlimited Vol. 1: Fix Everything Kind of like the previous series with these characters, the writing has some good ideas. However, things get bogged down at times. Thankfully, the developments of the last two issues lead to some of the best writing I've seen from Jeremy Whitley. Another thing to be glad about is the art. Gurihiru brings it, as to be expected with their projects.

The new edition of 'Final Crisis'. It has the complete 'Final Crisis' sketchbook included unlike the last edition that only had part of it.

What was the plot of Submit because I think it does.

Star Wars: Legacy Vol. 1 Read this over a couple of nights. Didn't know what to expect going in. Pleasantly surprised by the world building. Cade makes for a strong main character, though the background characters really liven things up. Art was alright, though I dug seeing some early Travel Foreman work. Hoping that the next 2 volumes keep the momentum going.
