Warren Louw's cover is 10 years old. Still one of best covers ever. In celebration, he doodled this.

I don't know, I'd like it if Tom King would just STFU. Stop constantly trying to get praise for having been a CIA agent abroad, (and curious that a former CIA would constantly tell everyone he was; most stay silent). Stop trying to be a dick. Even if you are. I mean this guy is old school Connor Superboy, back when he was into telling anyone who would stand still long enough to listen exactly how to beat him...but this guy just keeps going on as if he thinks he is just the greatest thing ever. We get it already, you're a dick who had a job with the CIA in a nasty war zone. Now stop telling us! www.cbr.com/dc-tom-king-responds-dean-cain-superman-comments/

Did you know Tom King was a CIA agent, (though not a very secret one)? And that he fought for his country as a CIA agent in Afghanistan?

Just saw that a statue of Confederate Gen. J.E.B. Stuart was being removed, and thought about the Haunted Tank comics I used to read. I wonder if DC will remove them from their library so they can’t be viewed online anymore.

Just saw that a statue of Confederate Gen. J.E.B. Stuart was being removed, and thought about the Haunted Tank comics I used to read. I wonder if DC will remove them from their library so they can’t be viewed online anymore. I have almost every issue of GI Combat and loved the Haunted Tank stories back in my teens. As I got older I began to question why Kanigher used Stuart and the confederate flag. I always wanted to meet him at a con sometime and ask him why a Confederate (and why Gus (the Black crewman) would want to serve on a tank that carried that flag)? I never got that chance. I was pleased that eventually they started using Sherman's ghost for a bit but then Crisis happened and DC's war comics went with it. Many years later, Vertigo had a mini that wasn't all that good, but at least, there was a real dialogue with Stuart about race. Will the Haunted Tank disappear in the future, present and past? Don't know. I would love some more WWII war comics though.

So DC has no ideas other than continue to use a property that was intended to be a one-shot and only works in context of the time, Harley Quinn, the Trinity, the League, and the Titans. Plus, have your five year old create a new villain, and have a random dog write the plot for yet another bigger than the biggest villain sort of event they love to do.
